Every morning, one truck after another solid waste is transported in, and one truck after another SRF alternative fuel is transported out in the afternoon. This is the daily operation status of a general industrial solid waste resource treatment and environmental protection enterprise in Guangdong. Since its operation, the environmental protection enterprise has envied its peers with its highly efficient integrated operation mode of "recycling of general industrial solid waste, preparation of SRF alternative fuels, and transportation".
Below, we will show this environmental protection enterprise in real scene, and have a look at how it effectively recycles general industrial solid waste into resources.
Entering the factory area, you will first see a large piece of general industrial solid waste such as untreated leather scraps and cloth scraps; then the formed SRF alternative fuels are compressed into cubes and neatly stacked aside, untreated and prepared general industrial solid waste, forming a strong contrast.
Untreated general industrial solid waste：
SRF Alternative Fuels：
This is mainly due to the adoption of the general industrial solid waste SRF alternative fuel preparation system developed by Harden . The system adopts "two-stage crushing, sorting, magnetic separation, packaging" and other preparation processes to screen out iron metals, heavy substances and other sundries in general industrial solid waste raw materials, and then crush them into SRF alternative fuels. Finally, a box-shaped fuel package that is convenient for transportation is formed by a baler.
[Project capacity] 18 tons per hour, capable of producing more than 200 tons of alternative fuels per day
[Discharge size] 50-100mm, the discharge size can be adjusted according to the demand
The project is also a representative of the comprehensive utilization of local general industrial solid waste sources. It can effectively recycle general industrial waste such as cloth and leather produced in the local light industrial park, and prepare it into SRF/RDF alternative fuels to help the development of the local green circular economy.
