Harden’s drum screen is composed of motor, reducer, rolling equipment, rack, sealed cap, inlet and outlet, etc. The rolling equipment is tilt mounted on the rack and the motor is connected with coupling through reducer and rolling equipment, driving rolling equipment rolls on the coupling. When the material is entering into the rolling equipment, the material on the screen surface will flip and roll due to the tilt and rotation of the drum screen. Undersized material will be discharged at the bottom of the drum and the oversized material will be discharged at the end of the drum. Because material is keep flipping and rolling in the drum, the stuck material in the mesh screen will pop out, which is avoid mesh screen blocking.
