The municipal solid waste (MSW) recycling disposal system adopts modular design in shredding, conveying and sorting with high production efficiency and low operation cost.
The pre-sorted msw is sent to the primary shredder for first shredding. After screening, magnetic separation, wind separation and other fine processing technologies, the waste will be divided into available metal, light material and heavy material. The light material is continued to be transferred to the secondary shredder for fine shredding, and finally 98% of the high-quality solid recovered fuel (SRF) with a particle size between 30-80mm is obtained.
