The waste tires recycling disposal system provided by Harden adopts modular design with the characteristics of low noise, low energy cost, high throughput and uniform discharge particle size, etc. The used tires are fed into double shaft shredder by conveyor belt for shredding process and shredded tires scraps will be sorted by disc screen for size control. When the tire scraps cannot meet the size requirement of disc screen and they will be returned back to shredder for secondary shredding until the discharge size requirements are reached. Finally, the high-quality calorific value tire-derived fuel (TDF) is obtained to realize the recycling of resources.
