The legacy waste recycling disposal system provided by Harden turns the legacy waste into high-quality alternative fuel, high-purity breeding soil and inert substance through shredding and separation, to realize landfill management and waste-to energy purpose. This system is equipped with hydraulic driven primary shredder which ensures relatively uniform discharge particle size of legacy waste without pre-sorting, so as to increase the sorting rate of disc screen for breeding soil and wind shifter for light material. Moreover, a special machine which increase calorific value will be added to separate the sand within the combustible and finally increases the calorific value of alternative fuel. This recycling line also adopts specific solid recovered fuel (SRF) / refuse-derived fuel (RDF) single shaft shredder for fine shredding. After the shredding process, more than 95% of the discharge size will down to 30-80mm(depends on the customer requirement).
