Harden has integrated Germany's cutting-edge solid waste technology concept and successfully created an SRF alternative fuel preparation system.

From May 10th to 12th, Stride attended the "In-depth Management of Coal, Electricity, Environmental Protection and Intelligent Manufacturing in the Cement Industry" exchange meeting hosted by China Cement Science and Technology Network and CBMCA, which was successfully held in Rizhao, Shandong.

In order to actively adapt to the dual-carbon strategy and control the cost of coal use, a cement company conducted a series of data monitoring for a period of one month after adopting SRF alternative fuels, and analyzed the actual effect of SRF alternative fuels on cost reduction and energy saving with the resulting data.

In recent years, alternative fuels have been heating up rapidly, and major cement enterprises and fuel power plants are all laying out alternative fuel production bases. So how do we choose or prepare better alternative fuels?

The difficulties in the treatment of paper mill waste and industrial waste lie in the complex composition, metal and
fother impurities, which require high load of terminal incineration boiler, low burnout rate and low thermal efficiency.

By integrating advanced solid waste shredding technology concepts and relying on the strength of continuous innovation in independent research and development, Harden's solid recovered fuels are better in terms of material size and impurity removal rate, with a lower heat loss coefficient and an average combustion calorific value of 4,800-5,200 calories through the process of secondary shredding, magnetic separation, air separation, sorting, dust removal and granulation.
