Harden provides targeted solution especially for hazardous waste shredding

The system adopts advanced hazardous waste pretreatment technology, and improves it in time according to project experience. Through a number of patented technologies, it realizes the safety prevention, control and stable operation of the whole process of hazardous waste from feeding to shredding, and forms the intelligent and automatic management and control of the whole set of hazardous waste shredding pretreatment system.

该系统主要针对吨桶、200L的铁桶或塑料桶(空桶或内含半固态、固态物料污泥块、树脂、油漆渣、废液、残渣等散装危险废物）、以及承装过化合物的包装袋、编织袋、废布料等散装危险废物的破碎处理。



首先待处理危险废弃物通过提升机输送至密封舱，关闭舱门后充入氮气，当密封舱氧气含量较低时，启动双轴破碎机进行破碎作业，使废弃物撕碎成满足客户需求大小的物料，再送至焚烧炉进行协同处置。



该系统还采用了火焰与红外热成像检测技术，以及氮气保护系统+干粉消防系统，从检测火势到消防灭火，全自动化快速响应，为整个系统加上了防护罩，安全性能大幅度提升。
